Welcome to Day 10 of this 30 Days of Chair Yoga Journey. Today we focus on Learning Pyramid Pose. We spend a bit more time in this posture than usual and go through some possible adjustments and points you may be able to feel in your body. As always, we begin with breathing and finish with a Guided Relaxation.
