In Ugledar & Pokrvosk, Russia Leaves Ukraine ONE Option

With the capture of Prechystivka to the west and the Pivdenne Donbaska Mine number 3 to the East, #Russia has put the fortress town of #Ugledar into an encirclement. The main supply route to the north that runs through Bohoyavelnka is in jeopardy as the Russians are 5 km away from cutting it. This means the 72nd Mechanised brigade of the #Ukraine armed forces who have successfully defended the town through several Russian assaults, is at serious risk of being trapped if they don't retreat soon. If Russia captures #vulhedar it will give them an important height advantage and allow them to assault #Kurakhove from the South. Meanwhile, Russia continues to advance to the north and south of the salient south of #pokrvosk. Ukrainians trapped inside have had to give up 6km of terrain in their retreat to the next defensive line along the vouch river. Ukrainian soldiers complain not only of a lack of sufficient ammunition, but poor quality as artillery systems often malfunctions damaging their own soldiers.
