Post Conditioning Knee-Support/Pos. Chain Small-Ish Workout

On the front end following Toes to Bar I did 100x Hammer Strength 45 Degree Back Extensions (5x20) for a posterior chain hip hinge as a “supplement” to the knee flexion hamstring work to follow
-
Next, once again it was seated hamstring curls on the Lifefitness machine for sets of 15-20 reps
-
Sets of 20+ for standing calf raises on the Hammer Strength machine hit the gastrocs to finish the session
