Post-Conditioning Pulling & Accessories
-
To begin as usual I hit Hammer Strength Rows Bi-Lateral with a pronated grip in sets of 10+ reps
-
Next, for a vertical pull I did wide-grip cable lat pulldowns for sets in the 10-15 rep range
-
For rear delts I used the Lifefitness pec-deck for reverse flyes again for 10+ reps/set
-
Last, I’ve been wanting to re-incorporate upright rows into my pulling sessions for a while. For a low-SFR addition I added the cable rope variety with higher, 15+ rep sets. The rope grip gives my shoulders a bit more autonomy to go where they need to and making it like a “low-angle facepull”
