How important to eat the perfect type of meat?
-have patients who are very ill
-some people need to be very restrictive
-once everything is fixed, can have an ice cream
-we can eat carbs periodically when healthy

Three kids, one is teacher in Athens, sent crockpot to cook
cheaper cuts of meat...
Snacks? First edition of Good Fats are Good for Women:
-lots of snacks: butter on cheese & butter on cheese
Book: The Devil in Milk, A2 vs A1 milk...
-casein morphine [casomorphins]
-2 teaspoons A1 milk equal to shot of
heroin in an opiate sense--gives
body INFLAMMATION

The fresher the milk, yogurt, cheese, the more protein...
-fermentation eats the inflammatory proteins
Therefore, if have autoimmune condition
-your immune system is Over-reactive
-will see protein, gluten / casein morphine, as pathogen
-will react as if it is a virus
If you still have pain, arthritis, psoriasis,
eczema--try taking out dairy
-Perhaps even stop butter, to see
After healing, then add back in

Churn heavy cream, liquid that is separated from fat is
buttermilk...most of the protein and lactose is in that liquid
-tiny bit of protein left in butter
Make ghee? heat butter, skim off the lactose & protein
-for most, this little bit of protein in butter does
not bother them
Pasteurized vs raw: no effect on the
protein content
Protein is the only issue with dairy

Should A1 dairy be avoided?
-if you have pain, eliminate it and see the effect
"Many people have said: I took out these things and now
I feel so much better--but still have one issue"
-they have need to remove something else
For my patients: remove all, then add
back: egg yolk [white is more problematic]
-egg yolk has all the nutrients
