In this video I review some of the published studies with Laetrile - Amygdalin including the original studies done by Dr Kanematsu Sugiura at Sloan-Kettering in the 1970's and some of the ways these successful trials were fraudulently published with erroneous conclusions that contradicted the actual data which were definitively successful. I also review the work of Dr Harold Manner who took the work of Sugiura to the next level using 3 components instead of just the laetrile. The Laetrile animal studies have proven that it's ineffective, right? I mean, you search Google, you ask the AI and all that stuff's poisonous, right? Well, if you've seen some of my other videos, you know that I've done a lot of videos on how Laetrile works, but that leaves a big assumption, right? It already assumes that you believe that it does work. So today what you're gonna get is the other side, just so it doesn't seem like I'm beating a dead horse because in reality the horse is truly alive and well. So in this video you'll hear about some of the actual animal studies that have been done with Laetrile, or in reality with Amygdalin. Check out my, what is Laetrile part one video to, you know, clarify what I mean by Laetrile. And what I mean by the point here is that the studies that I've reviewed about Laetrile were done with the natural extract form rather than the synthetic form that was originally trademarked as Laetrile. When talking about animal studies for Laetrile, a good place to start is this book Doctored Results and the story behind it, as told by Ralph Moss who was there at Sloan-Kettering when the original studies were done in the early 1970s. It was there that Dr. Kanematsu Sugiura, an incredibly well-respected cancer researcher and lab technician did the original work. He had already officially retired at this point, but was still working full-time testing cancer drugs on various mouse models. Before we go into depth on this, let's first address the mouse model. As explained in the book, the particular breed of mouse is a very crucial part of these studies, and there were back then and still today are many different types of mice being used for study. The goal here is to review this without getting into the weeds too much because I know some of my videos get a bit too technical, but the big difference in terms of mouse models is the distinction between implanted tumors and spontaneous tumor mice that have been specifically bred to have tumors at a certain stage of their lives.
