Post-Conditioning Pulling (Lat Focus)

First like usual I began with Hammer Strength Bi-Lateral, pronated-grip rows. I did these 10+ rep range, 2-3 RIR with shorter rest periods
-
Next I hit lats with cable wide-grip pulldowns in the 10+ rep range
-
I felt a good connection with the lats today so I added in an extra machine movement to cultivate the sensation. I finished with Lifefitness machine pulldowns with a narrower grip and focusing on the lengthened partial portion of the movement. These were also in the 10+ rep range and shut the session down. Not quite a full pulling session. It was more a, “Small Workout Plus.” 😁
