Moon Breathing: 8 Minute Guided Breathing

In this guided breathing practice (called Pranayama) we learn Moon breathing (Chandra Bhedana in Sanskrit). This breathing activates the Left energy channel (Ida Nadi) which stimulates the “feminine” or Yin quality of coolness in the body.

Therefore, this is good for people with excess Yang/heat in the body and is not necessary for those with excess Yin/cold.
