Like all my “Small Workouts,” the format is simple. 2 exercises, 5 sets each, volume appropriate to the movement, short rest periods, 1-2 RIR

For today, I began with light inline dumbbell press, 5 sets of 10+ reps, 1-2 RIR
-
For the second movement, I chose the Lifefitness machine lateral raise. I did these in the 10+ rep range at 1-2 RIR as well and then shut it down
