Chair Yoga to Relieve Neck and Shoulder Tension - 21 Minute Class

Do you hold tension in your neck and shoulders? 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️ These are the most common areas students have told me they hold tension. There are many possible factors in our lives which can contribute to this, such as: poor posture, working in the same position for long hours, lack of exercise/stretching, emotional energy, etc.

So, in Chair Yoga to relieve neck and shoulder tension, we focus on a sequence which stretches and relaxes the neck and shoulder muscles while calming the mind at the same time.

Always remember, consistency is the key to seeing the results. 5 to 10 minutes a day will be very beneficial over time. So stick with it and always listen to your body. Get to know your body again during these practices.
This is a fully seated class.
