Welcome to the first class in this new Chair Yoga Series focused on moving from standing with the support of the chair to gentle Mat Yoga.
This is a great series of classes to try if you are feeling strong and balanced in the standing postures and even practice some of them unsupported.
After this series, you may want to try a gentle class like “Morning Yoga” or a similar Video:)
