Post-Conditioning Pulling Small Workout

Running short on time I decided as opposed to moving my pulling to the right a day or two, I’d just get in a pulling “small workout.” I say that, but this is essentially a bare-minimum complete pull session since at a minimum you want a horizontal and vertical row to hit the back from multiple angles
-
With that said, I started with Bi-Lateral Hammer Strength Rows in the 10+ rep range as my primary pull

To finish I did Wide-Grip Cable Lat Pulldowns for a vertical pull in the 10+ rep range
