Post-Conditioning Knee Support Small Workout

First in the shoot was a hamstring knee flexion movement. This time, I went with the Lifefitness Lying Leg Curl. I went high volume with these, 15+ reps a set trying to cultivate the negative and accentuating the stretch at full extension
-
Then last since this is a small workout, I hit calves with the Hammer Strength Machine Standing Calf Raise. With the elevated step, you can get a fantastic stretch at the bottom and a great squeeze at the top as well. I did these high volume with 20+ reps a set
