Standing Chair Yoga for Tight Hips - 23 Minute Class

In Standing Chair Yoga for Tight Hips, we sit only for the opening and closing, the majority of the class is standing with the support of the chair. There is also opportunity to work on Balance.
This is a great class for anyone who feels they’d like to try a gentle mat class but is having difficulty sitting on the floor (which is extremely common by the way😉) or getting up and down throughout the class.
