There is a common fallacy among people and #fitness

Many believe if they can't do a full, crushing 1 hour #workout that is super intense and leaves you dripping in #sweat then it's not worth #workingout at all!

Something is ALWAYS better than nothing.

On top of that, just doing one small 10-20 minute workout that day will allow you to keep your #motivation to go back to the #gym and crush it tomorrow.

Don't give yourself an excuse to quit!!

Find a reason to hold yourself to the highest standards!
