Post-Conditioning Knee Stability Small Workout

The knees are supported from above and below by the hamstrings and calf muscles. A few times a week (1-3x) after conditioning either as part of a given lower body/leg session or as an independent small workout I try hit these areas with some extra volume
-
I usually begin with a hamstring curl, opting for the seated variety if available but lying or standing single leg curls are great also
-
Then, to specifically hit the gastrocs with a stretch I do standing calf raises on whatever brand machine is available
