Post-Conditioning Pulling
-
I began with Bi-Lateral Hammer Strength Rows with a pronated grip in the 10+ rep range, 2-3 RIR
-
Next, for a vertical pull I did Wide-Grip Pulldowns with the slightly cambered attachment
-
Then, I did Reverse Flyes on the Hammer Strength Pec-Deck for the Rear Delts
-
Finally for a finisher, I played with the Lifefitness Machine Pull-down with a narrower, pronated grip getting a massive pump in my lower lats down by the waist
