Kettle talk “Rucksack Physio Exercise” at home, any time for Hiking and Bushcraft

Yes get in to shape over time by doing simple routine home exercises with a fully loaded woolly DIY Hiking Lodenrucksack and 20Kg of travel weight with everything in the pack, including water and food, doing daily tasks like hoovering, cooking, walking up and down, just anything that needing to be done at home while the Rucksack is strapped to my back as a unconventional and cheap physiotherapy method of building up muscle strength just conditioning myself as preparation for the trail.

This little daily exercise brings me in to physical and mentally shape as well as getting used to the weight of the pack the easy way, so it's not a burden while on the trail later on while on the big Hike out in the real world.
