What's in my Pack part-4 "Food bag Yummy" basic food supply to carry for Bushcraft and Hiking

More important than any useful equipment, essential kit, tools or toys to carry in a Rucksack in my opinion is water and food, and yes that's a heavy load, making up a ¼ of the content volume and almost ½ the weight of the Rucksack content in total, which is most likely very much underestimated.

Talking about “dry-weight” and “wet-weight” and what's the difference, with some quick ideas and tips on what sort of food to carry that is easy to resupplied everywhere, even in the smallest village shop to be able for taking to restock along the way.

My roughly chart:
Rucksack capacity and weight is: 45Lt by 1.7Kg
dry-weight with all the hardware like clothing, sleeping gear cooking kit and so on incl. The woolly Loden Rucksack itself makes up: around 8 to 10Kg

consumables:
Water to carry 3Lt is: 3Kg
alcohol fuel: 0.6Kg
food is between 3 and 6Kg depending on the shopping and estimated days to cover before resupply is needed.

Hope this gives you a good idea of what to keep in mind while selecting your gear for packing before stepping outside ;-)
