For my first horizontal pull I did Hammer Strength Bi-Lateral Rows with a pronated grip.

Next, for a vertical pull I did Wide Grip Lat Pulldowns
-
Transitioning to shoulders, I first did Rear-Delt Reverse Flyes on the Hammer Strength Pec-Deck for higher volume, 15+ rep sets

Last, I did light, high volume Lateral Raises on the Lifefitness brand Machine to near failure, 1-0 RIR
