Chair Yoga Flow - Seated to Standing Journey - Day 3 - 28 Minutes

In Day 3 of the Seated to Standing Chair Yoga Series we focus on Vinyasa! Vinyasa is a technique of moving through postures with the breath: one breath, one movement. We’ll begin seated and move to a standing series of postures. We’ll finish with a few cooling postures and a short guided relaxation using the breath.
