In this Calming Chair Yoga Flow class, we focus on Vinyasa, moving with the breath. Only a few postures are held for some time. For Breath Work, we practice Alternate Nostril breathing with exhales only. This is a very calming for the Mind and Body. We end with a short guided relaxation focusing on the movement of the body with the breath.
