15-Minute Standing Bodyweight Workout

This 15-minute bodyweight workout covers all the bases: cardio, strength, balance and core work with 3 rounds of 6 rep-based movements. There is no warm up or cool down in this video so be sure to begin and end on your own for prevention of injury (I have many warm up and cool down videos available here to choose from).

NO equipment is needed for today's workout! Shoes are optional; there is impact so you may want to wear them to absorb shock more readily.
