Alfredo Shrimp Scampi Dump Dinner
Ingredients:
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 lb linguine or fettuccine pasta
1 jar (15 oz) Alfredo sauce
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prep Shrimp: In a large oven-safe baking dish, toss the shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, red pepper flakes (if using), and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Layer Ingredients:

Break the pasta in half and place it evenly over the shrimp.
Pour the Alfredo sauce, chicken broth, and heavy cream over the pasta.
Dot with butter and sprinkle with half of the Parmesan cheese.
Mix: Carefully stir to ensure the pasta is submerged in the liquid.

Cover and Bake: Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes.

Uncover and Stir: Remove the foil, stir the mixture well, ensuring the pasta is not sticking together. Return to the oven, uncovered, for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the pasta is cooked al dente and the shrimp are pink and opaque.

Finish with Cheese: Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese over the top and let it melt into the dish.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot.
