NOTES: Written while living in Israel, "How Lovely It Is" draws your heart heavenward with lush melodies and soaring violin. A beautiful love song, "How Lovely It Is" celebrates "walking in The Garden" intimacy with our Beloved Goel/Redeemer, Yeshua (Jesus).

The song bookends with theatre of the mind images of David raising his hands in prayer at the time of the evening sacrifice. He longs to be in intimacy with his Creator at the Tabernacle, but King Saul's persecution has him in hiding in the wilderness of places like Ein Gedi. David knows that no matter where he goes, he is never out of His sight or care. The same is true for us today.
