Should Caloric Deficit Be Tracked Daily or Weekly?!

Every calorie counts. So whether you hit a goal of 2,000 calories in a day, or add them up all week to hit 14,000 total it does not matter!

The goal is to be consistent and stay in a calorie deficit over time to see results.
