In lieu of aforementioned woes and serbacks, I have decided to essentially do a pivot in my training, and focus on pushing other movements, along with hypertrophy, to (hopefully) aid in recovering what is ailing me, as soon as possible. So expect some new and returning exercises! As long as I keep my inner flame lit, and keep pushing myself, I can't go wrong 🤘🏻
