Let's look at some early warning signs of depression. 💙

Number one, you feel like everything is becoming too much for you. This can look like either crying more or being on the verge of tears but stopping yourself from crying or even looking like being frustrated and irritable and angry at other people or at yourself. 💙

Number two, your work might start suffering. People might start noticing. You might start struggling with concentration, with thinking tasks, with making decisions, cognitive functions like that. 💙

Number three, you might get frustrated and annoyed at yourself for not being able to concentrate, not being able to work as hard as you did before. So you notice it, but you don't know what you can do about it. 💙

Number four, a creeping tiredness and exhaustion that doesn't go away. 💙

Number five, even if you take a break or a vacation, that doesn't help. In fact, it may make it worse because you're out of your comfort zone and you just really can't handle the change. 💙
