Meal Prep!! Pork Edition!!

I made 10x meals with this. 5x 4oz pork, 2oz vegetables, 4x 6oz pork, 2oz veggies (dinners) and 1x 7oz pork, 3oz veggies (tonight’s dinner)

Why pork? Pork is high in glycine, an amino acid that’s a major constituent in many things such as glutathione production, creatine synthesis and many other things

Protein like a scrabble game and amino acids from food are like grabbing a handful of letters out of the bag. Ultimately, you use the letters in the bag to make the words that your body needs 🤷🏾‍♂️

That’s why (or maybe even is the biological impetus behind) switching things up when you get tired of your tried and true chickens, beefs and fishes for a primary protein source. Or soy, rice or hemp for the mostly plant based folks 😁
