I'll be creating videos and interacting with YOU as we go through each week. This program is great for anyone looking to progress in the gym. Each session is designed to be about an hour tops!

The Iron Foundation Blueprint is a 3 days a week program that is divided into three 4-week blocks focusing on strength and aesthetics. At the end of the program you should be able to hit a new PR on at least one of the three main lifts (Squat, Bench Press, OR Deadlift)

This program provides a simple tracker where you can enter in your weights and get going. Print out the form and write in your weights for each set.
