Meal Prep!!! Bison Meats!

Meal Prep
-
I took 6 packs of 90% Bison, 3 Bell Peppers and a Sweet Onion and made food for the week
-
I flavored the meat with Kinders salt, pepper & garlic mix, then tossed in a bunch of Tobasco for some vinegar “zing.” Most of the heat cooks off just leaving a tangy flavor
-
I put a light coat of extra virgin olive oil spray in the pan and cook the patties on medium-high for about 8 minutes a side
-
In the same pan I made all the Bison with, I chop the vegetables into bits and toss them in. The fat that leaked out of the meat flavors the veggies and helps cook them a bit faster. I move them around till they’re lightly browned
-
I made 4x lunches of 4oz bison & 2 oz veggies as well as dinner tonight with 8oz bison and 2 oz veggies
-
I also have prepared 2x of each, pre-workout, post-workout shakes and dinner magnesium
-
And that’s meal prep for the week. Or next few days at least 🤷🏾‍♂️😁
