The Grind Includes Friday... The Real TGIF
I am always hearing "Thank God its Friday!!" When today rolls around. Which is usually followed by a couple suggestions on what to do this weekend and where is the biggest and best party tonight, but nobody is sitting there saying "whose hitting the gym tonight".
Don't sleep on Friday workouts people!
Just because you have been great all week does not mean you stop when the weekday does!
If you start going to the gym on Monday, then go every day until Friday, that leaves four days of working out and three days of rest.
Good, but not good enough to see the top results youre looking to achieve!
