Ingredients:

Small Chicken legs/ Wings about 800 grams
2 Stalks Spring onions chopped
3 Slices of Ginger
Onions chopped
1/2 Tsp White pepper
1/4 Tsp salt
2 Teaspoons Sugar
1 Tsp Sesame oil
2 Tbsps Dark Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
3 Tbsps Water
2 Hard boiled Eggs or Fried egg (optional)
Any side vegetables
1 Tbsp Shaoxing wine (optional)
Corntarch slurry for thickening

If using Big chicken legs about 5-6 pieces. If no Shaoxing wine just add additional Tbsp of water.
