I came out hot with frustration and over-egged the cake. In order to make the 30K in under an hour it was pain and misery. “The Nails” were singing the whole way

Post-Conditioning I first executed my daily 100x Toes to Bar (10x10)

Then, since my knees have been complaining a bit lately, I tossed 4 quarters on the Slingshot Sled and did 10x 25m Reverse Drags, at 40+ strides per each 25m iteration
