Quotes "Personal Trainers" Use When They Have No Clue What They're Talking About

💪 Toning- Just a made up / fancy word. Really means building muscle, then cutting your body fat percentage down and getting lean enough to where the muscle is more defined!

💥 Lengthening- ?? Not too sure what this one means, but I'm guessing when the actin and myosin filaments lengthen during the eccentric movement of a bicep curl?! I have no idea.... onto the next

🤔 Firming- something about tightening your skin with cream, or maybe using one of those waist bands that are supposed to give you abs....

🤷‍♂️ Starvation Mode- A made up term that tricks people into believing that if you eat too FEW calories, that your body will gain fat somehow. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm almost positive there isnt one starving person in the world who got fat from not being able to eat.
