Celery Juice Is NOT The End All Be All

Okay, before everybody brings on the hate, I want everyone to understand that I know celery juice IS actually healthy for your body. I also know that, if incorporated into your diet correctly, it can help with weight loss. I would even suggest that it should be in your diet if you enjoy it and feel the difference....

With that being said, I want to end this nonsense talk of how powerful this specific juicing is to losing weight.

Sure, I recommend it in your diet and said that I even encourage it, but that's not because its wayyy better or healthier or more beneficial then any quality food product out there. Like all foods that are deemed quality, you can eat it and still lose fat and be super healthy as long as it's just in moderation.

So dont start doing this celery eating / juicing without balancing your diet out with other healthy nutrients your body needs to grow.

Remember, celery is like 90-95% water, the rest being fiber. So we need to not overdue it and focus on the other healthy veggies and whole foods we can put in the daily diet.

So by all means, keep eating and juicing celery.

But please do me a favor and dont buy into the hype people! There's not just one thing that gets it done, it's more about the consistent grind with both nutrition and exercise that will keep your body growing and healthy!
