BISON!!

Now that I got a proper kitchen, it’s back to the good stuff. I bought 4lbs of 90% Boson meat, some onions and mushrooms for meal prep
-
I spray the pan with a light coat of olive oil, then make my patties mixing in Kinders “blend,”. Mix of salt, pepper and garlic as well as Tobasco for some vinegar and spice
-
I cook them on medium-high heat, flipping them once they get a light brown on each side. Then one more flip to a darker brown and done
-
With the pan flavored, I toss in the mushrooms and onions and sautee them till cooked but still firm
-
For dinner, I eat a 5oz patty with the leftover onion and asparagus I had, saving the fresh veggies for future meals
-
In the fridge I store my leftover Bison and veggies once they cool off, with 1 chicken, onion, asparagus lunch remaining for tomorrow at work
-
I also have my assortment of sauces, celery packs, cold water reserve and the next 2 days of post training shakes, pre-workout and magnesium prepared
