I began my extended warmup with some brief, targeted rolling

Then I hit the posterior chain with a Minute+ of Banded Good Mornings and Glute Bridges with a Westside Monster Mini
-
Then I hit a Minute+ Quadruplex each side once my Stepmill freed up and staked my claim to the equipment
-
Last, I ran through my mobility flow a few times before beginning my hour of Zone-2
