Taking things slow

Sometimes going all in at full speed can be counter productive. I learned along the way that slowing things down and taking off pressure of learning can have a beneficial effect on your progress.

From learning to swim to just about anything else in life, taking a step back and slowing down can speed up your progress in the end.

Since today I’m going to be a proponent of being the slowest person in the swimming community. Let’s see how slow you can go? 😅

Go slow bro!

Hi, my name is Alan Cie. I learned to swim at the age of 32 and it changed my life. I'm making swimming and water an integral part of my life, my job, and my future business.

I talk about anything that is related to swimming, water safety, and water sports. If you would like to offer a collaboration or a joined video together, please reach out via email or Twitter / X.
