We are all very familiar with Omega-3 from fish oil and flax; Omega-6 comes primarily from undesirable vegetable oils; Omega-9 is prized for the skin and is sourced in oils such as evening primrose and borage seed, but have you ever heard of Omega-7? It's richest source is the Sea Buckthorn Berry (seed is also a source of both Omega-7 and Omega-9). Sea buckthorn berry oil is useful as a therapy for people with Sjogren's syndrome; it addresses the dryness of the mucosal tissues and skin, the modulation of the immune system and inflammation via its sterols, and it is excellent for everyone when it comes to heart health, skin health, eye health, and more.

Cucumber seed extract has been shown to downregulate the production of osteoclasts, cells which destroy bone. Very exciting.

Most exciting to me in today's lineup: "Palmitoylethanolamide in the Treatment
of Chronic Pain Caused by Different Etiopathogenesispme"

This is absolutely amazing information, and I am eager to use PEA and SEA (Stearoylethanolamide) in inflammatory conditions leading to pain, from neuropathy due to whatever cause, arthritis conditions, fibromyalgia, etc. Chronic pain and the conditions just mentioned are very challenging for any form of medicine or healthcare to address.

Have you ever heard of it? I just did, and I'm passing it on to you.

Enjoy!
