This was a “Lifefitness” model bike but a slightly different one. I couldn’t track Wattage so I just made sure I exceeded 100RPM the entire session and that almost made it worse 😂
-
I ended up with a Top-3 time, possibly a PR once I review my records. I wish I could have tracked some FTPs for that run but it’s all good. The times speak for themselves

After the bike I did my 100x Toes to Bar and then headed up to Maryland to prep for Saturday’s classes
