First up for the wheels, I hit some Rear-Foot Elevated Split Squats. This exercise wins on so many levels. You get quality, complete leg training without axial fatigue. You can bias the movement to either more of a quad focus or glute/hamstring. The best part is the massive transfer to most sport since life usually happens on 1 leg 🤷🏾‍♂️

Next, I did Seated Calf Raises on the Hammer Strength rig. These I feel get a bad rap since most people are concerned with primarily gastrocs development and so do either standing calves and/or rely on genetics and do nothing. I’ve found that high volume soleus work has been tremendous for ankle stability and injury prevention from missteps, drops and the occasional rolled ankle
