“Climbmill” huh? Similar to the regular Matrix Stepmill. I neglected to reference the calories but that doesn’t matter as long as I get the hour plus in at around 120 steps per minute 🤷🏾‍♂️

Post-Conditioning I first did some Birddog/Quadruplex at a Minute+ each side followed by my daily 100x Toes to Bar (10x10)
