Strawberry Dessert Recipe

Ingredients:

1 package strawberry jelly
Strawberries, as desired
2 cups milk
5 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon gelatin powder
100 grams cream
Instructions:

Prepare the jelly according to the package instructions and let it cool.
Pour a little of the jelly into a greased mold, then add some chopped strawberries and place it in the refrigerator to set partially.
Add more chopped strawberries and a little more jelly, then place it back in the refrigerator to set partially. Repeat this process 3 times.
Mix the milk and sugar, then heat until the sugar dissolves. Add the gelatin powder and let it dissolve.
Remove from heat, let it cool, then add the cream and mix well.
Pour the milk mixture over the jelly and place it back in the refrigerator to set completely.

مواد لازم:
1 بسته ژله توت فرنگی
توت فرنگی به مقدار دلخواه
2 لیوان شیر
5 قاشق غذاخوری شکر
1 قاشق غذاخوری پودر ژلاتین
100 گرم خامه
طرز تهیه:
ژله را طبق دستور بسته بندی درست کرده و میگذاریم خنک شود. داخل قالب چرب شده کمی ژله میریزیم بعد توت فرنگی خورد شده را اضافه کرده و در یخچال میگذاریم تا نیم بند شود. دوباره توت فرنگی خورد شده و کمی ژله میریزیم و در یخچال میگذاریم تا نیم بند شود. این کار را 3 محله انجام می دهیم. حالا شیر و شکر را مخلوط کرده و روی حرارت میگذاریم تا شکر حل شود بعد پودر ژلاتین را اضافه کرده و میگذاریم حل شود. سپس از روی شعله برمیداریم و پس از سرد شدن خامه را اضافه و مخلوط میکنیم. حالا مخلوط شیر را روی ژله میریزیم و دوباره در یخچال میگذاریم تا سفت شود. نوش جان
