Preparation and ingredients:
Chicken legs 5-6 pcs.
Salt.
Black pepper.
3 tablespoons olive oil.
2 tablespoons butter.
Fry over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
1 onion.
3 cloves of garlic.
4 potatoes.
1-2 carrots.
Salt.
Parsley.
Fry over medium heat for 10 minutes.
2 tablespoons honey.
5 tablespoons soy sauce.
1 teaspoon mustard.
1 teaspoon paprika.
Bake at 200°C/400°F for 20 minutes.
