Post-Conditioning Pulling

Since this is the second Micro-Cycle (3-week block) in the greater Meso-Cycle of my “Traps/Rear-Delts for Shoulder Stability” Pulling Program, this next phase will reintroduce the heavy rows as opposed to the direct trap work but keep in the rear delt movement(s) on the tail end.

So with that adjustment, I begin with heavy Hammer Strength ISO-Rows. It’s been a few weeks since I pulled this heavy so I keep these in the 5-7 rep range.

Next up, like usual I did Wide-Grip Lat Pulldowns. These I did in the 10-15 rep range.

Finally, I used the Pec-Deck and did some Rear-Delt Reverse Flyes in the 15-20 rep range.
