15 Minute After Workout Yoga I Best Stretches For Gluteus, Hamstrings and Abs
This yoga sequence is perfect to add to the end of a long day at work or after a workout to help your muscles stretch out and prepare to recover. I designed it to focus on the lower body: gluteus, hamstrings, and core muscles/abs; because those are the areas which tend to get super tight whether we work or workout.
We're going to sink into those gentle, comforting, and oh-so-rejuvenating stretches.
