Russia's Belgorod attack: Ukrainian missiles hit apartment block

A Ukrainian missile attack has killed at least eleven people in the Russian city of Belgorod close to the border between the two countries. Part of an apartment block collapsed a few hours after the blast.

Two children are among at least 20 wounded.
