Fruity Custard Dessert Recipe

Ingredients:

1 package pineapple jelly powder
1 tablespoon custard powder
Petit Beurre biscuits
1 tablespoon sugar
1 cup milk
4 strawberries for garnish
Instructions:

First, dissolve the pineapple jelly powder in 1 cup of boiling water and pour it into a cup. Place it in the refrigerator to set.
Mix the milk with custard powder and sugar, then heat the mixture over low heat until it thickens to your desired consistency.
Remove the set jelly from the refrigerator and arrange strawberry slices around the cup.
Sprinkle some Petit Beurre biscuit powder into the cup, then gradually add the custard mixture.
Finally, garnish with powdered pistachios and strawberries.

رسپی دسر کاسترد میوه ای
مواد لازم:
1 بسته پودر ژله آناناس
1 قاشق غذاخوری پودر کاسترد
بیسکویت پتی بور
1 قاشق غذاخوری شکر
1 لیوان شیر
4 عدد توت فرنگی برای تزیین
طرز تهیه:
ابتدا پودر ژله را با 1 لیوان آبجوش حل کرده و در لیوان ریخته و در یخچال میگذاریم تا سفت شود. حالا شیر را با پودر کاسترد و شکر را با هم مخلوط کرده و روی حرارت ملایم هم میزنیم تا به غلظت دلخواه برسد. بعد ژله را از یخچال خارج کرده و برش های توت فرنگی را دور تا دور لیوان میچینیم. حالا کمی پودر بسکویت پتی بور میریزیم و بعد مخلوط کاسترد را کم کم اضافه میکنیم و در پایان با پودر پسته و توت فرنگی تزیین میکنیم. نوش جان
