I pounded water right before bed after dinner so I came in a few pounds heavy but proper hydration is a tremendous performance aid. That wasn’t a PR but definitely bottom half of my top-10 best Lifefitness Bike sessions.

Pressed for time but feeling up for a bit extra, I went heavy on the Toes to Bar. I doubled up and did 20 total sets of 10 for 200x total before shutting it down 💪🏾
